COTS was proudly inspired by the founder’s pop, a man who sailed abroad far from China to Temasek along with his young brother at the age of 8 by 1950s. The mentality and perseverance of this man profoundly affected the founder’s following days of journey.

The big red color, which the elder loved the most, represents blessedness, courageous, auspice, and jollity. By introducing a distinctive style of pastries and cookies, their aim is to keep the Eastern authentic components and bridge them into the modern community.
